Job Description
We have an opportunity for a Sous Chef / Senior Chef De Partie to join our kitchen working alongside our existing team in our small, independent group. You will be fully emerged in to the team and trained in our procedures, working closely with our Head Chef.
As Sous Chef within our company you will need to be able to display passion and flare, creating modern dishes using fresh, local produce. Our menus have all been created and developed to meet our customers’ high expectations, and they are freshly prepared on a daily basis.
Impeccable organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure are essential. You must have worked with fresh produce and be service and standards driven.

Day To Day Role:
- To be accountable for the daily operation of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, ensuring it is run to the company’s standards
- Working closely alongside Head Chef to design and cost seasonal menus
- Controlling ordering and dry stock – meeting with company standards
- Complete due diligence (H&S, H.A.C.C.P, Company Paperwork etc)
If you're enthusiastic and proud of the food you cook and have previous experience of high quality and high volume in a busy restaurant then we are keen to speak to you. You may currently be working as a Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef, or even a Senior CDP within a large venue – we are interested in hearing from anyone who feels they meet our expectations.
We operate three venues with plans to expand and so there is scope to progress to Head Chef in due course.
