Job Description:

We are looking for a Contracts Coordinator on a full-time basis to work closely with our Customer Success Manager, Contract Manager & Site Team to help fulfil both our residential and commercial invasive plant work across the UK. The role is office-based from our HQ in Send.

Responsibilities
- Work with the Customer Success Manager to facilitate the delivery of all contracting tasks.
- Organise hire and delivery of plant and equipment, including waste removal.
- Build supplier relationships.
- When required, answer incoming calls from existing clients to support them in their journey when the Customer Success Manager is not available. Answer questions where qualified, or refer calls on to the appropriate member of staff or back to the Customer Success Manager.
- Schedule Herbicide and Monitoring visits.
- Arrange regrowth visit and liaise with the Customer Success Manager.
- Schedule team calendars to allow time for site work, herbicide treatments, admin, training and meetings.
- Manage allocation of work to Subcontractors and Temporary Staff members.
- Input data into the Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for projects where required, RAMS to be finalised by the Contracts Manager.
- Complete any ‘AquaHerb01’ applications (Agreement to use herbicides in or near water), and submit them to the Environment Agency.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in contract administration or coordination
- Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for liaising with diverse teams and external partners
- Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Experience and proficiency in CRM software
- Experience in route planning or scheduling would be beneficial
