Whether you are an established Transaction Manager or Used/New Car Sales Manager, this is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in a dealership that values talent, ambition, and diversity.
The Role: What will you do?
As a Transaction Manager, you will be a vital link between our sales team and our customers. Working collaboratively with the General Sales Manager and internal departments, you will help construct and close profitable deals while maintaining the exceptional customer satisfaction we are known for.
Your typical day will involve:
- Consultative Selling: Sitting down with customers to recommend and sell tailored finance options, insurance, and additional products while strictly adhering to FCA and company guidelines.
- Sales Leadership: Constructing compelling offers, second-facing customers, and actively coaching the sales team to maximize departmental performance.
- Strategic Management: Matching customer needs to the right finance sources, managing leads effectively, and assisting with financial forecasting.
- Operational Excellence: Promoting accurate order processing and timely vehicle deliveries to help achieve New and Used car targets.
- Stepping Up: Deputizing for the Sales Manager when required, giving you valuable hands-on leadership experience.
Who Are We Looking For?
- An excellent communicator with first-class presentation skills and a keen eye for detail.
- A professional with automotive showroom experience who understands how to support a sales team in closing deals smoothly.
- Someone who is already FCA accredited, or is eager and prepared to become accredited.
- A relationship-builder who collaborates effortlessly to ensure a seamless and swift journey for our customers.

- Earning Potential: Basic salary of £26,775 with a highly competitive OTE of up to £61,000.
