SEN Teaching Assistant – ASAP Start – Haringey
An inclusive and ambitious all-through school in the London Borough of Haringey is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team for a September start. This is a full-time, long-term role with the opportunity to remain in the same school until the end of the academic year.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- SEN Teaching Assistant
- Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Dyslexia and Global Developmental Delay (GDD)
- Providing both in-class support and targeted 1:1 interventions
- Opportunity to work within either the Primary or Secondary phase
- Full-time, long-term position (full academic year, term time only)
- September Start
- £95 - £120+ per day
- Located in the London Borough of Haringey
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Strong academic background (Degree, A Levels and GCSEs)
- Previous experience working with children or young people
- SEN experience (paid or voluntary) is desirable
- Genuine interest in SEN, child development or education
- Willingness to go above and beyond for pupils
- Good understanding of SEN and inclusive practice
- Compassionate, proactive and confident personality
