We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring and motivated Early Years Educator to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting children’s development through, play, exploration and meaningful interaction, while ensuring a safe and happy learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities following the EYFS framework.
· Support children’s individual needs and development.
· Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
· Maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment.
· Keep accurate observations and contribute to learning journeys.
· Work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional early years care and education.
What we are looking for
· Level 3 Early Years qualification.
· Genuine passion for working with young children.
· Good understanding of the EYFS and child development.
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
· Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
· Previous experience would be an advantage.
