Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting the overall flow of our busy kitchen environment. Your expertise in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety will ensure our guests enjoy memorable dining experiences. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Manage specific sections of the kitchen, such as grill, sauté, or pastry stations, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Assist in meal preparation for service periods, ensuring timely delivery of orders to guests.
- Follow food safety regulations and hygiene standards rigorously to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and effective communication during busy service hours.
- Monitor inventory levels within your section and communicate supply needs to the head chef or sous chef.
- Serve dishes with attention to detail, presentation, and guest satisfaction in mind.
Experience
- Proven experience working in a professional kitchen environment, ideally within a restaurant setting.
- Strong skills in food preparation and cooking techniques across various cuisines or specialties.
- Familiarity with kitchen safety protocols and food safety standards.
- Previous experience in a busy but detail orientated role is essential.
- Knowledge of serving procedures and maintaining cleanliness during food service is advantageous.

Pay: £26,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
