Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable cleaner to maintain cleanliness and order in our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all areas are kept tidy, hygienic, and welcoming for both staff and visitors. This role requires a strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Working 07:30am - 09:30am Sunday - Saturday
Tuesday day off
With one day also completing a Afternoon clean Thursday - 1 hour 14:00pm - 15:00pm
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors and using scrubber drying Machine.
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs to management.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained in good condition.
- Communicate effectively with staff to address any specific cleaning needs or concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service by being approachable and responsive to requests from employees and visitors.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning role is preferred but not essential as full training can be given
- Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive environment for all users of the facility.
- Capability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members.
