We are looking to hire a trainee administrative assistant and offer training to assist the successful candidate to progress in their career.
Roles and responsibilities will include:
· Security clearance applications for personnel – training given
· Liaising with personnel throughout their application – training given.
· Carrying out enhanced DBS checks on personnel – training given.
· Recording site attendance.
· Handling inbound/outbound calls.
· Data entry and records.
· Meeting support.
