To provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals, promoting their dignity, independence, choice, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including assistance with washing, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with eating and drinking, ensuring nutritional and hydration needs are met.
- Support individuals to take prescribed medication where trained and authorised, in line with company policy.
- Monitor and report changes in an individual's physical, emotional, or mental wellbeing to the appropriate senior staff.
- Encourage and support individuals to maintain independence and participate in daily living activities.
- Promote dignity, privacy, equality, diversity, and inclusion at all times.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential care records.
- Follow individual care plans and risk assessments.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Pay: £12.82 per hour
