We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in what they do and wants to be part of a close-knit, supportive team.
You'll work across both the shop and dispensary, so the role is varied and you'll have the opportunity to develop your pharmacy skills while building great relationships with our patients and customers.
You might already have an MCA or Dispensing Assistant qualification, or you may be looking to start your pharmacy career. Experience is preferred, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
We're looking for someone who:

- Works well as part of a team and is happy to support colleagues
- Has a positive, can-do attitude and isn't afraid to get stuck in
- Is reliable, hardworking and takes pride in their work
- Can stay calm and organised when things get busy
- Communicates well with both colleagues and customers
- Uses their initiative but knows when to ask for help
- Is keen to learn and develop their pharmacy knowledge
- Has an MCA/Dispensing Assistant qualification or is willing to undertake training
What you'll be doing
- Welcoming and helping patients and customers
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Supporting the dispensary with prescription preparation and dispensing duties appropriate to your training
- Responding to patient queries and referring to the pharmacist when appropriate
- Serving customers and supporting the day-to-day running of the shop
- Managing and replenishing stock
- Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Supporting health and wellbeing services and providing advice appropriate to your training
- Working together with the whole team to keep the pharmacy running smoothly
Training & development
If you're not already qualified, we'll support you through your MCA/NVQ Level 2 training, giving you the skills and confidence to develop within community pharmacy.
We're a busy pharmacy, but we're also a friendly team who look out for each other, work hard and have a bit of fun along the way.
If you're reliable, friendly, willing to learn and want to be part of a great team, we'd love to hear from you.
