Cannons UK is one of the UK’s leading suppliers of gym flooring, gymnastics equipment, air tracks, and fitness products. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and friendly new team member to join our business in a varied full-time role involving customer service, office administration, warehouse duties, and general day-to-day support across the business.
The Role
This is a varied hands-on role where duties can change depending on workload and business needs.
Main duties will include:
- Inputting customer orders onto the computer system
- Answering customer emails, live chats, and telephone calls
- Providing excellent customer service
- Preparing and packing customer orders
- Assisting with goods in and warehouse organisation
- Unloading containers by hand
- Helping maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day operations
Working Hours
- Monday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
- Tuesday – Thursday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
- Friday: 8:00am – 3:00pm
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience preferred
- Good communication and computer skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to help
- Organised and reliable
- Must be able to work on their own initiative
- Must also work well as part of a small team
- Comfortable with physical warehouse work and manual handling
