MWH Treatment are looking to strengthen our SHEQ team with a Regional SHEQ Lead based at Peterborough with hybrid working available. At MWH Treatment we believe that people matter.

You will report directly to the Regional Head of SHEQ and your role will cover Managing the regional SHEQ team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Understanding our approach to managing SHEQ risk and delivering best in class performance.
- Maintaining a dynamic and driven approach to supporting SHEQ across the company.
- Facilitating the development and implementation of policies, procedures, management systems and risk controls, which will help reduce risk and support a positive SHEQ culture at MWH.
- Organising audits and supporting the delivery and execution of SHEQ assurance audits.
- Improve and maintain SHEQ Management Systems.
- Identify and ensure compliance with legislation and our management system requirements.
- Integrating within the wider project teams to understand day to day challenges.
- Supporting the implementation of the Group SHEQ Management Systems.
- Working with our clients to deliver collaborative approaches to SHEQ.
- Exposure to the project management lifecycle of project delivery.
- Highlighting opportunity for sustainable solutions.
- Trending and analysis of key performance data.
- Maintenance of our externally certified management systems.
Technical Competencies:
- Expert knowledge of UK health & safety legislation, CDM Regulations, and HSE guidance
- Advanced experience with SHEQ management systems (e.g. ISO/OHSAS 45001) and audit/assurance processes
- Strong data analysis capability, including trend identification and performance reporting
