We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Professional Services Advisor to join our team with a key focus on the supply of prescription only smoking cessation products as well as other services. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting individuals on their stop‑smoking journey, with the technical competence to deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based NRT guidance and supply of prescription only smoking cessation products. A Level 3 Pharmacy Technician qualification is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on prescription only smoking cessation products, usage, and suitability.
- Conduct assessments to determine the most appropriate NRT options for service users.
- Support individuals through their quit journey with tailored guidance and motivational support.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and follow‑up notes in line with service standards.
- Ensure safe, compliant handling and dispensing of NRT products.
- Work collaboratively with wider health and wellbeing teams to deliver a holistic service.
About You
- Level 3 Technician qualification (essential).
- Experience in a health, wellbeing, pharmacy, or advisory role.
- Strong understanding of smoking cessation principles and NRT products.
- Excellent communication skills with a supportive, non‑judgemental approach.
- Ability to build rapport and motivate individuals to achieve their goals.
- High attention to detail and commitment to safe, compliant practice.
- Confident working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
