Domestic and Semi Commercial Mechanical Site Manager for Social Housing
Job Location – Wolverhampton
Salary – DOE plus Package

Dodd Group are looking for an experienced Domestic and Semi Commercial Mechanical Site Manager with social housing experience to help deliver a number of Projects within the Wolverhampton and Walsall area.

The Mechanical Site Manager provides leadership and is responsible for (although not limited to):
- Management and leadership of the labour on site and the site management
- Ensuring site safety is maintained.
- Keeping up with their own workload and productivity on site and in the office.
- Quality control
- Site surveys when required.
- Solving issues that arise on site in a calm and measured way.
- Reporting directly to the contract manager.
- Build and maintain a good working relationship with the client and merchants.
- Attend monthly client meetings.
The Mechanical Site Manager has specific areas of responsibility (although not limited to):
- Keeping in communication with the Contract Manager / Site supervisor / office Staff and the client.
- The Mechanical Site Manager will assign tasks to the Directly Employed Staff and Sub-Contractors, along with discussing all stages of work with the Contracts Manager.
- Maintaining work standards on site through liaising with site supervisor.
- Prioritising work to ensure smooth delivery of the project.
The Following is required.
- Domestic and Commercial Gas Qualifications
- A full UK Driving License.
- SMSTS (would be advantageous)
- IT Literate including an understanding of Excel.
- Good communication and people skills
