Your duties will include:
- Preparing, producing, and presenting meals to the highest standards.
- Assisting in menu planning for our restaurant and event facilities.
- Encouraging and developing your team members.
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Managing food deliveries and stock control.
- Demonstrating creativity and innovation in your work.
The successful candidate will have a passion for quality food, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. You will be proactive, detail-oriented, and have a proven track record in a similar role, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards in both food preparation and kitchen hygiene.
