The Position
A reliable and highly organised Housekeeper who is committed to maintaining an exceptional operational environment, supporting the presentation of studio and office spaces we can be proud of. You will be self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a sharp eye for cleanliness. An ability to work efficiently under time constraints with a collaborative attitude is required. This role requires excellent time management, reliability across morning and afternoon shifts, and the ability to maintain flawless hygiene standards across multiple studios with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
Operations & Space Management
- Follows a strict hour-by-hour rota to ensure all communal areas and studios remain pristine.
- Conducts deep cleaning of shooting spaces to meet premium client standards.
- Performs regular, thorough sanitisation of toilets throughout the day.
- Maintains high standards of hygiene and handles all cleaning chemicals safely.
- Spots potential environmental hazards and keeps all walkways and fire exits completely clear.
Logistics & Assets
- Monitors inventory levels for all cleaning products and toilet consumables.
- Flags stock shortages to ensure orders are placed on time.
- Keeps all cleaning equipment safely stored away and well-maintained.
Shift & Calendar Coordination
- Operates on a structured morning and afternoon schedule and checklist, including split shifts.
- Completes intensive cleaning tasks around peak client booking hours to minimise disruption.
Leadership & Team Effectiveness
- Demonstrates excellent self-management to hit timely rota targets without direct supervision.
- Ensures flawless communication and detailed handovers between the morning and afternoon shift blocks.
Essential Skills and Requirements:
- Experience in commercial cleaning, hospitality, or a fast-paced studio environment.
- Ability to strictly follow and execute a structured, hour-by-hour daily rota.
- Knowledge of deep-cleaning techniques for large creative spaces and strict toilet sanitisation protocols.
- Basic understanding of health and safety standards, including the safe handling and storage of cleaning chemicals.
- Physical fitness to manage active shift work, including the flexibility to work morning and afternoon split shifts.
- Strong self-management skills to maintain high standards independently and manage detailed shift handovers.

Working Hours and Pay
Contracted working hours would be an average of 140 hours per month with set shift times. The set shift times will typically be between 6:00am - 3:00pm or 3:00pm - 08:00pm. You will be on a rolling rota, in which you will be assigned to a specific shift pattern at least 1 - 2 weeks in advance.
You must be available for these core shift times, however, we will also require some flexibility on working hours to ensure studio readiness.
The salary is £25,000 per annum.
