We are currently recruiting for a role based in our Credit Control Team as a Credit Control Administrator, the role entails:
- Contacting tenants for overdue rent payments – requesting payments or coming to reasonable repayment proposals between tenants and landlords.
- Updating landlords of any ongoing issues with their expected payments and managing expectations.
- Compiling reports to show current statuses of debt for management/landlords.
- Completing references for outgoing tenants.
- Resolving general queries regarding payments.

- Salary: £28,000.00 - £30,000.00 per year
- Schedule: Monday to Friday.
- Work Location: In-person at our West Didsbury office.
