£13.00 per hour | Days & Nights | Full-time and part-time opportunities
Assessment Day – Wednesday 16 September | Chelmsford
We’re expanding our teams at Calm Futures and, as part of that growth, we’re looking for Support Workers to join our residential services in the Chelmsford area.
We have a number of new opportunities available across both day and night shifts, with more expected as we continue to grow.
What does being a Support Worker at Calm Futures mean?
It means being part of a team that supports people to live their lives in the way they choose.
That might mean supporting someone with everyday routines, getting out and about, developing their independence, enjoying their interests or simply having a really good day.
No two people are the same, so good support isn’t one-size-fits-all. We’re looking for people who will take the time to get to know the person they support, understand what matters to them and help them achieve the things that are important in their life.
Our opportunities
We have roles available across day and night shifts, with full-time opportunities and some part-time hours available. Weekend working will form part of the rota.
All roles are paid at £13.00 per hour.
For some of our vacancies, there is a specific gender requirement based on the individual needs and preferences of the people we support. We currently have opportunities for both male and female Support Workers.
Could this be your next role?
You might already have experience as a Support Worker, or you might be considering a career in care and support for the first time.
What matters to us is finding people who are kind, reliable and genuinely interested in the people they support. People who listen, notice the little things and understand that great support is about helping someone live their life, their way.
We’ll give you the training and support you need to develop in your role, so if you think you could make a difference, we’d like to hear from you.
What happens when you apply?
We want to make our recruitment process straightforward and keep you informed along the way.
Apply now through Indeed and one of our team will contact you for a short conversation. We’ll tell you more about the opportunities we have, find out a little more about you and talk about the type of role and working pattern you’re looking for.
If there looks to be a good match, we’ll invite you to our:
