Make a Lasting Impact: Join Our Team as a Mentor
Transform Trauma into Hope. Guide Adolescents Toward Their Full Potential.
Are you passionate about making a genuine, lasting difference in the lives of young people? We are a dedicated, medium-sized independent care provider specializing in therapeutic residential care and crisis intervention for adolescents. We are currently expanding our team and seeking empathetic, resilient, and dedicated Mentors to support our young people on their journey toward healing and independence.
Why Our Approach Matters
Adolescence can be a turbulent time, particularly for young people who have experienced complex trauma, adversity, or acute crisis. We don't just offer a safe place to stay—we provide a nurturing environment grounded in trauma-informed principles and evidence-based therapeutic practices.
As a Mentor, you won't just be filling a role; you will be a stabilizing force, helping adolescents process their experiences, build emotional resilience, and develop key life skills through relational support.
What You Will Do
- Build Meaningful Connections: Establish authentic, trust-based relationships with adolescents aged 11–18, acting as a positive role model and advocate.
- Support Therapeutic Goals: Work alongside our multi-disciplinary team to implement trauma-informed care plans and facilitate daily therapeutic routines.
- Crisis De-escalation: Provide a calm, grounded presence during emotional crises, utilizing safe, relational de-escalation techniques.
- Empower & Equip: Guide young people through daily routines, educational goals, hobbies, and life-skills development to foster independence.
