Duties
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, serving, bartending, and kitchen management
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of staff members, including servers, bartenders, cooks, and supervisors to achieve service excellence
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and food production quality
- Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maximize profitability
- Develop staff schedules, conduct training sessions on hospitality best practices, food safety procedures, and culinary techniques
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction
- Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership roles with supervising responsibilities
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, bar operations including bartending skills, and culinary experience
- Knowledge of food safety standards and food production processes
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead by example and foster a positive work environment
- Experience in hospitality settings such as hotels or bars is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to oversee kitchen operations and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Barista experience or familiarity with beverage service is a plus
