Role Overview
Surety Legal Advisory is seeking an experienced commercial solicitor to advise business clients on contracts, commercial risk and legal strategy.
Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Advise clients on contractual risks.
- Review supplier and customer agreements.
- Support corporate and commercial transactions.
- Provide practical legal guidance to business stakeholders.
- Maintain high standards of legal documentation.
Qualifications
- Qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
- 5+ years' relevant commercial experience.
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
- Excellent client communication.
- Commercially pragmatic approach.
Pay: £85,000.00-£105,000.00 per year
