Duties
- Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and special treatments with precision and artistry.
- Provide expert barbering services for clients seeking classic or modern cuts.
- Deliver personalized consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable styles and treatments.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Mentor junior stylists by sharing techniques, offering guidance, and fostering professional growth.
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist in store management tasks including inventory control, cleanliness standards, and team coordination.
Skills
- Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio demonstrating versatility and creativity.
- Skilled in barbering techniques for both men’s grooming and traditional cuts.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships through effective communication
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to upsell services and retail products confidently.
- Effective mentoring abilities to support team development and knowledge sharing.
