Description
Responsibilities of a Warranty Administrator:
- You will ensure the accurate submissions for warranty and goodwill claims on a daily basis and ensure recalls are administered.
- Weekly Warranty/extended warranty debt control – assisting the accounts department in the reconciliation of the warranty payments.
- Ensure manufacturer standards are adhered to at all times.
- Maintaining strong working relationships with Dealership & Manufacturers.
- Following up on all Warranty/Extended warranty queries
- Following up on rejected warranty/extended warranty claims
- Keep accurate records of warranty submissions, goodwill submissions, extended warranty claims, credits & rejections.
- You will be responsible for all Building, Submitting & invoicing of all Warranty jobs including Extended Warranty claims.
Person Specification
- Warranty or Service background would be beneficial but not essential as training provided
- Vehicle technical knowledge would be beneficial but not essential as training provided
- Autoline / Kerridge experience would be beneficial but not essential as training provided
- Computer literate
- Excellent administration skills
- Enthusiastic
- Approachable
- Able to resolve problems
- Strong Team work approach
- Strong organisation & time management skills.
Working Hours -
20 Hours per week
Monday - Friday 09:00 - 13:00
