About the role:
Active Care in the Home are expanding our client base, and have a new children's care package in Cardiff.
We're looking to recruit a brand-new team of Support Workers to care for our young client with complex health needs in their family home. Our client is an 11 year old little girl who has complex medical and developmental needs.
Full specialist training will be provided.
