We are seeking a, motivated and proactive Dual Site dental practice manager to take operational control of our practices and deliver outstanding business growth.
Site 1: 5 surgery mixed practice in London, NW5
Site 2: 2 surgery private practice in Luton, LU1
The role is full time and requires working 2 days per week at each site
You will work closely with the practice owners, with a focus on business expansion and growth.
The role will include following:
- Plan & drive the income targets for the practice
- Overall management of advertising and social media for the practice
- Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the practices as a whole
- Responsibility for compliance with CQC regulations, and NHS regulations for our London site
Essential Requirements
- Proactive approach to work and business development
- Being efficient at using social media as part of a business development stratergy
- Demonstrable experience in practice management, and business growth
- Experience with Dentally
Ideal Requirements
- Formal training/course in Dental Practice management
Salary dependent on experience circa £40-45k/annum (FTE), with performance related bonus for delivery of KPIs at both sites.
Start date: 1st September 2026 (possibility to start p/t earlier)
