We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our vibrant fresh pasta and small plate restaurant! In this energetic role, you will support the restaurant manager with daily operations, developing team members. What you'll be doing
- Support restaurant manager in the day to day running of the restaurant
- Coach, support and develop the front of house team
- Lead shifts on the floor, setting exceptional standards, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere
- Manage guest interactions to ensure satisfaction, handle feedback professionally, and resolve any issues promptly
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure service runs smoothly
- Uphold health and safety regulations
- Lead by example in maintaining a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, leadership, and hospitality excellence
- Support recruitment, training and progression within the team

- Experienced as an assistant restaurant manager in a quality restaurant
- A confident, people focussed leader who thrives from being on the floor
- Organised, calm and solution focused under pressure
- Passionate about food, drinks (especially wine) and great service.
