What you'll do:
- provide high-quality care and learning experiences
- support children's development through play and exploration
- build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- encourage curiosity, creativity, and confidence
- help deliver engaging indoor and outdoor activities, including Forest School
What we're looking for:
✔ Level 3 Childcare qualification (or above)
✔ a genuine passion for working with young children
✔ strong communication and teamwork skills
