Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Assist with food preparation and presentation to ensure quality standards are met
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, counters, and service stations
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to uphold health standards and prevent contamination
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and guest satisfaction
- Support kitchen staff with basic food prep tasks as needed to facilitate smooth operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
- Experience in serving or guest services with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and order accuracy
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is a plus
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours

Pay: £12.71 per hour
