Skin & Aesthetic Practitioner – Part-Time
Tuesdays, 9:00am–2:00pm (Negotiable)
From £17 per hour + 10% treatment commission
5 hours per week initially, with potential to increase hours
The Art of Skin Aesthetics is a friendly, established skin and aesthetics clinic based in the centre of Otley. We are looking for a Skin & Aesthetic Practitioner to join our small and supportive team on a part-time basis.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about skin, enjoys working with people and would like the opportunity to develop their skills and become a valued part of our growing clinic.
The role will initially be Tuesdays from 9am–2pm (negotiable), with the potential for hours to increase in the future as the role and diary develop.
The role
You will be joining an established clinic with existing systems, protocols and patient pathways already in place.
We don't expect you to arrive knowing every treatment we offer. You will be supported as you settle into the clinic, become familiar with our treatments and systems, and gradually build a regular patient diary.
Depending on your existing qualifications, experience and training, treatments may include:
- CryoPen lesion treatments
- ThermaVein
- Microneedling
- Chemical peels
- HydrO2 facials and advanced facial treatments
- Dermaplaning
- Skin consultations and treatment planning
- Phlebotomy/blood testing
- Skin booster
- Other injectables
- Other skin and aesthetic treatments appropriate to your qualifications and experience
Previous experience in CryoPen, ThermaVein, microneedling, chemical peels, advanced facial treatments and/or phlebotomy would be desirable, but we do not expect applicants to already be trained in everything listed.
Training and development in additional treatments may be available for the right person.

- Keen to build relationships with our existing patients and gradually develop their own regular diary
- Committed to maintaining high standards of safety, patient care and clinical documentation
Healthcare professionals are very welcome to apply, although medical registration is not essential for this role. Non-medical professionals will not be expected to perform injectable treatments.
A phlebotomy qualification and/or experience taking blood would be a great advantage.
