Contract Type: 37.5 hrs per week (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm)
Salary: £35,300.16 per annum

The Role:
The role of the Deputy Manager is to assist the Manager in the day-to-day running of the service and to deputise for the Manager in their absence. There is also an expectancy of being part of the Essex on-call rota.
What we're looking for: Managerial experience in Social Care sector
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Manager with the day-to-day running of the service, deputising fully in their absence.
- Provide day-to-day supervision, support and guidance to support workers, and take part in the Essex on-call rota.
- Contribute to person-centred support plans, risk assessments and reviews for the people we support.
- Help ensure compliance with, safeguarding procedures and the companies policies.
- Support with staff rotas, inductions and ongoing training to maintain safe staffing levels.
- Build positive working relationships with families, commissioners and other professionals involved in people’s care.
