About Us
Close House was established by its current owner, Sir Graham Wylie, in 2005 and has gone through quite the transformation since. In addition to 21 spacious hotel bedrooms, fantastic spaces for golf days and special events, the club offers a wide range of leisure activities. Two 18-hole golf courses, a par-3 nine-hole, a restaurant, and a world class Golf Academy & Driving Range.

About You
You will ideally have breakfast chef experience and thrive at working in a busy kitchen environment. Having a great knowledge and passion for food and drink is essential. You’ll have great time-management skills and a strong customer focus when dealing with both internal and external parties. You’ll have exceptional interpersonal skills and a good attention to detail.
