Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure the cleanliness, comfort, and overall presentation of Dover Marina Hotel & Spa. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities using commercial cleaning equipment and supplies
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens, hallways, and other shared spaces according to established standards
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas needing attention or repair and report issues promptly
- Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to ensure a safe environment for yourself and others
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock needs replenishing
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing daily tasks to promote a hygienic environment
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting maintenance needs
