Job role
In this role you will work directly with students to deliver individual education programmes to students with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEN/D) typically aged 16-25. These sessions take place in the students' local community and on occasion online. You will be required to plan for student sessions alongside case manager advice, contribute to end of term reports along with ensuring online records are kept up to date.
About you
You will have experience working with people with SEN/D, ideally in an educational or work experience setting. You will be comfortable working in a person-centred way and be aspirational for the young people you work with. You will work as part of a wider team and promote best practice.

Context
Bedazzle specialises in working 1:1 with students with SEND in their local community and online. We develop bespoke educational packages which are delivered by experienced SEN/D tutors. We work closely with families and professionals to develop appropriate programmes where the young person is central to all decision making. We prioritise staff well-being and workloads are carefully managed in order to ensure staff have excellent work-life balance.

If you are successful, you will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check.
