Job Title: Commercial Training Coordinator - Part Time

Salary -£26,000 - £30,000 Pro Rata

Job Description:
Role Overview: As a Training Coordinator at The Skills Centre, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of our Commercial Training provision in line with the requirements of our Clients , awarding bodies and industry standards. You will manage customer relationships to ensure that we exceed the required Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with the Head of Commercial Training and develop ownership of the Operating Procedures relating to commercial training.
· Ensure that any enquiries received by both existing and new customers/clients are dealt with in a timely manner.
· Book, coordinate and manage all elements of the training to ensure that any training/learning is successfully delivered.
· Track all operations from booking to completion.
· Manage the trainers’ schedules, booking venues, resources and ensure smooth delivery.
· Develop relationships and work well with other (out-sourced) providers to deliver training for clients (Brokerage relationships).
· Answering of incoming enquiries in a professional manner ensuring the caller feels valued.
· Provide all parties with knowledgeable solutions to training/learning challenges.
· Ensure all administrative tasks are conducted in compliance with GDPR and The Skills Centre’s Standard Operating Procedures.
· Focus on Contract Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure training programmes meet contractual requirements.
· Maintain a client-focused approach, with immediate responsiveness to client enquiries and requests in line with Service Level agreements.
· Prepare and deliver a standardised monthly report to all key clients to provide updates on training activities and outcomes.
· Demonstrate an excellent working knowledge of all aspects of the Microsoft Software suite including excel, word and PowerPoint
· Proactively gather and relay operational issues and feedback to clients.
· Assist in the raising of invoices and payment requests related to training services.
· Identify opportunities to provide additional training to both existing and new clients.
Experience
· Experience of working in a training coordinator role or similar administrative function.
· Any experience with construction, health and safety, compliance, or vocational training would be a significant advantage.
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Work well in a fast-paced environment where priorities change
· Ability to work independently
· Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving work environment
Qualifications (Desirable):
· Appropriate training or business administration qualification
