About the Role:
As a Commis Chef, you'll work across our a la carte restaurant, world buffet, and special events including corporate functions and gala dinners - giving you the chance to showcase your culinary skills and creativity. Our kitchens are constantly evolving, and our Commis Chefs play a vital role in driving innovation and maintaining the high standards our guests expect.

What You'll Be Doing:

Prepare and cook high-quality food for hotel guests and special events

Develop full knowledge of all menu items and ingredients

Collaborate with the kitchen team to manage food production and reduce waste

Ensure consistent food quality and maintain brand standards

Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Complete opening and closing shift checklists

Undertake training and learn kitchen procedures and standards
