Security Officer
Location: Newcastle under Lyme
Pay Rate: £12.94per hour
Shift: 12hour shifts 4 on 4 off (overtime available)
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and professional Security Support Officer to join our team. This is a full-time position with ongoing training and clear opportunities for career progression.
You will be the first point of contact on site, providing a visible security presence while delivering excellent customer service. Your role will be key in ensuring the safety of staff, visitors, and property.
What You'll Be Doing

Acting as a visible and approachable security presence

Keeping staff, visitors, and the site safe and secure

Monitoring CCTV and responding to alarms

Managing access control and visitor entry

Writing clear incident reports and daily logs
What We're Looking For

Valid SIA Licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervisor)

Strong communication and people skills

Ability to work alone and within a team

Reliable, professional, and flexible attitude

Good timekeeping and customer service skills

Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
