Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Nursery Room Leader to inspire and nurture young children in a vibrant early childhood education environment. Duties
- Lead and supervise a dedicated team of early childhood educators and assistants to deliver high-quality childcare services.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children by adhering to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children’s progress, needs, and daily experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, development milestones, and incident reports.
- Manage daily operations within the nursery, including resource allocation, activity scheduling, and staff coordination.
- Support team members through coaching, mentoring, and ongoing professional development to enhance childcare quality.
Qualifications
- Proven management and leadership experience within early childhood education or childcare settings.
- Extensive experience working with children in nursery or preschool environments.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood education practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team with enthusiasm, organization, and a positive attitude.
- Childcare qualifications such as CACHE Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent are preferred.
- Valid driving license is advantageous for roles involving transportation or home visits.

Pay: £13.00-£16.00 per hour
