Role Overview:
As a Food Service Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth operation of food service, from preparing and serving food. The role will involve a blend of customer service, food preparation, and serving, so we need someone who is adaptable and committed to delivering excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Food Service:
- Prepare and serve food in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of food preparation areas and service stations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist with queries or complaints.
- Using handheld Epos systems
- Light cooking duties (Full training provided)
Teamwork:
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Assist with stock management, inventory, and kitchen tasks as needed.
- Loading and Unloading of equipment and stock.
- Erecting and dismantling food concessions/marquees.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience in food service preferred but not essential.
- Customer-Focused: A friendly and approachable attitude with a strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Driving License: A full, clean UK driving license with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience preferred but not essential.
- Reliability: Punctual, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Team Player: A positive, flexible attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and carry food packages and supplies safely, be able to set up concessions/marquees.
- Age: Due to long working hours applicants must be 18 or over.
