Our experienced and dedicated management & nursing team are supported by a skilled care team that provides effective, person-centred care for those needing specialist dementia and nursing care.
We are looking for care assistants who have experience in delivering evidence-based effective nursing and personal care, are committed to supporting residents who have a range of nursing needs, keeping them safe, treating them with kindness and respect whilst showing compassion.

There are realistic opportunities to progress your career with us as a Dementia Carer through our unique learning and development “Stirling University Training Program” equipping you to follow current best practices in Dementia Care.
As a recognised specialist in Dementia, you will follow the residents care plan and implement daily activities to promote wellness and ensure our residents live their lives to the full.
You will be supported through regular supervision, clinical experienced peers and work in a progressive environment.
Shift times:
· Full time permanent 36-hour week
· 12-hour shift available over 3 days per week
Requirements:
You will have
· Some healthcare or social care experience in personal care
· A care certificate and a passion to develop your care skills
· A caring and compassionate attitude while articulating true concern for people.
· NVQ in Health and Social Care is desirable or a willingness to undertake the new qualification.
