The Email Marketing Executive is responsible for delivering a best-in-class experience to customers inboxes, throughout their journey with Wren.
- Work alongside the Email Marketing Manager to define email content and messaging for a wide variation of audiences and business areas in the UK.
- Work alongside the design team to brief and build weekly email templates, that accurately reflect the Wren Kitchens brand.
- Actively report on email performance and make suggestions / recommendations based on performance, channel and competitor analysis.
- Drive efficiency and optimisation across email campaigns, including the implementation and management of an a/b testing programme.
- Work in collaboration with the Communications team and various stakeholders around the business, to identify gaps and improve communications across the customer journey.
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to support a consistent brand look, feel and tone of voice.
- Work with stakeholders around the business to create, maintain and report on daily, weekly and ad-hoc surveys.
You must comply with all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and responsibilities outlined within the Integrated Management System
- Whilst experience in a similar role would be an advantage, it isn’t essential
- Basic knowledge of GDPR
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- An analytical eye for detail and able to respond and report on performance trends
- Good time management skills and a flexible approach to working
- Dynamic, self-motivated and a clear communicator
- Ability to work well to tight schedules and deadlines
- A drive for keeping up-to-date with best-practice and industry / channel news
- A fast learner with a proactive approach to working
