We’re growing fast and looking for motivated Telesales Executives to join our high-performing team. No experience? No problem. If you bring the right attitude and determination, we’ll provide full training and support to set you up for success.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Making outbound calls to qualified, targeted leads provided by our in-house Data team.
- Building rapport with decision-makers and understanding their needs.
- Converting calls into quality appointments for our field sales team.
- Consistently hitting achievable targets in a fun, supportive, and energetic environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional phone manner.
- Self-motivated, driven, and money-focused.
- A positive attitude with a competitive edge.
- Appointment-setting or telesales experience (preferred but not essential).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit, supportive team.
