With over 30 years of experience in manufacturing decontamination products for a global client base, we are seeking a highly motivated Production Operatives to join our team at our busy factory in South Shields
Production Operative Requirements
The successful candidates will be integral to the daily operation of our manufacturing processes, with a focus on the assembly of small plant and trailers. The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing and assembly experience. You will need basic joinery, hand tool, power tool and plumbing skills.
The ideal individual will demonstrate a proactive and positive approach, consistently contributing to the achievement of high-quality standards within demanding timelines.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
- Working from drawings to manufacture products to customer specification
- Manufacture and assemble parts
- Installation of internal components to mobile decontamination units
- Refurbishing/repairing mobile decontamination units
- General housekeeping - Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Conducting quality checks
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Hours - Monday to Friday (39 per week, 3pm Fri finish)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £26,814.00 per year
