We believe that every service user deserves to live a fulfilling, safe, and empowered life. As we expand our footprint in the Manchester area, we are seeking a visionary leader to establish a brand-new provision and drive it toward absolute excellence. We operate a strict Zero-Tolerance Policy toward racism, discrimination, and harassment of any kind. We pride ourselves on cultivating a diverse, inclusive, and deeply respectful environment for both our staff and the individuals we support. The Role We are seeking a high-caliber, Senior Registered Manager with a proven track record of excellence to take the reins of a brand-new location. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven leader who thrives on development, compliance, and growth. Your ultimate mandate will be to register the service with the CQC and develop it into an "Outstanding" rated provision. Key Responsibilities: Service Development: Spearhead the opening, growth, and strategic management of a new supported living location in the Manchester environment. CQC Compliance & Safety: Act as the Registered Manager, ensuring full legal compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations, prioritizing the absolute safety, safeguarding, and well-being of all service users. Results-Driven Leadership: Hit operational and quality benchmarks, ensuring the service runs efficiently while maintaining top-tier care standards. Referrals & Growth: Work closely with local authorities and commissioners to bring new service users into the provision, ensuring smooth transitions and person-centered matching. Culture & Inclusion: Champion our zero-tolerance stance on racism, fostering an inclusive workplace and service delivery models where diversity is celebrated. The Ideal Candidate This role requires a unique blend of commercial acumen, operational grit, and deep clinical/social care empathy. Requirements: Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Manager within supported living or mental health/learning disability services. Track Record: A proven, demonstrable history of achieving "Good" or "Outstanding" CQC ratings in previous inspection reports. Passionate & Results-Oriented: You are highly motivated by metrics, compliance, and—most importantly—positive outcomes for service users. Startup/Development Mindset: Prior experience in opening a new service, managing commissioning, and driving occupancy is highly desirable.
