Hey there, hospitality superstars! We're looking for a cafe supervisor to lead front of house at Boardwalk — our buzzing brunch spot right on the North Down coast. If you're all about creating amazing guest experiences, thrive in a lively atmosphere, and love leading a team, we want you!
What You'll Do:
- Be the face of Boardwalk Bangor, setting the standard for every shift and every guest that walks through the door.
- Deliver top-notch service that makes every guest feel like a VIP — from the first coffee to the last plate.
- Support the management team in running smooth, vibrant and high-energy shifts.
- Train and motivate front-of-house staff to keep the atmosphere buzzing and the service on point.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless operations and guests who leave smiling.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience as a Supervisor in a busy hospitality setting, ideally in a café or casual dining environment.
- A natural at connecting with people — guests and team alike.
- Strong leadership skills to keep the team performing, even during the weekend brunch rush.
- Calm, organised, and ready to own a fast-paced floor.
