Finisher / Snagger Required – Leeds
We are currently looking for an experienced Finisher / Snagger to work on a new build housing development in Leeds.
Duties will include:
- Internal snagging and finishing works
- Making good defects
- Basic carpentry touch-ups
- Silicone, mastic and decorating repairs
- Ensuring plots are completed to a high standard prior to handover
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS Card
- Own tools
- Own transport
- Full PPE
- Previous experience on new build housing projects
This is initially short-term work, however there is an excellent opportunity to move onto the contractor's next project with the existing site team for candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and high-quality workmanship.
