About Cool Hog
Cool Hog is a fast-growing UK snack brand specialising in pork scratchings, pork crunch, sweets and more.
We sell across Shopify, TikTok Shop, subscriptions and wholesale, and we're now expanding our TikTok Live operation.
We're looking for confident, energetic and entertaining TikTok Live Presenters to become the face of Cool Hog on TikTok Live.
If you're naturally good with people, comfortable on camera and love the idea of being rewarded for your performance, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
You'll host live selling sessions on the Cool Hog TikTok account from our Bloxwich location.
During each Live, you'll chat with viewers, showcase our products, explain offers, create excitement and ultimately turn viewers into customers.
This isn't a traditional presenting role. We're looking for people who can bring energy, personality and entertainment to every Live while keeping the conversation flowing and driving sales.
You'll be given product knowledge, offers and guidance from our team, but we want presenters who can bring their own personality to the role.
The better you perform, the more you can earn and the more opportunities you'll have for additional Live slots.
Hours & Live Slots
Our standard TikTok Live sessions are 3-hour slots, with flexible start and finish times depending on availability and the needs of the business.
We're looking to build a team of presenters across different days and times, so there is flexibility around when your regular Live slots take place.
High-performing presenters may be offered additional or extended Live slots at the discretion of the business.
This means presenters who consistently generate strong sales, engage viewers and perform well on Live will have the opportunity to work more hours and increase their earning potential.
What You'll Be Doing
- Hosting TikTok Live sessions, typically in 3-hour slots
- Chatting, engaging and entertaining viewers
- Showcasing Cool Hog products and explaining their key benefits
- Promoting Live-exclusive offers, bundles and promotions
- Creating excitement and urgency during Lives
- Answering questions from viewers in real time
- Driving sales and working towards performance targets
- Helping build a loyal TikTok community
- Creating a fun, high-energy atmosphere that keeps people watching
What We're Looking For
You don't need to be an experienced presenter.
We're much more interested in personality, confidence and energy.
You'll ideally be:
- Fun, bubbly and full of energy
- Confident speaking on camera
- Naturally engaging and good at talking to people
- Comfortable thinking on your feet
- Competitive and motivated by earning commission
- Sales-driven and comfortable working towards targets
- Reliable and available for regular Live slots
- Flexible around working times where possible
- Comfortable working from our Bloxwich location
Previous experience with TikTok Live, social media, sales, presenting, retail or customer-facing roles would be a bonus, but it isn't essential.
Pay & Commission
This is a performance-based role designed to heavily reward strong sellers.
You'll receive:
10% uncapped commission on eligible net sales generated through your Live sessions.
For example:
£1,000 in eligible net sales = £100 commission
There is no commission cap, so the more you sell, the more you can earn.
Where your commission earnings for hours worked would fall below the applicable National Minimum Wage, we will top up your pay to ensure you receive at least National Minimum Wage for those hours.
Strong performance can also lead to more frequent and longer Live slots, giving our best presenters the opportunity to significantly increase their earning potential.
