This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment. The successful applicant will possess a broad range of skills, including painting decorating landscaping property maintenance expertise, along with strong leadership qualities and able to work within a team or on youre own projects own tools preffered but can be provided if needed driving license is a must.
Duties
- Perform repairs on clients homes including property renovations landscaping different skills sets we can work around youre prefferd skills and also help you grow and learn new skills
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all maintenance operations.
- Assist in organising preventative maintenance schedules to minimise downtime.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal client requests promptly and professionally.
Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
