Job Purpose:
The purpose of the Production Operative role is to assemble, inspect, and package medical products within a controlled cleanroom environment in line with strict quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The role supports the efficient operation of the production line to meet daily targets while ensuring all products meet required specifications. The post holder will contribute to maintaining compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and company procedures while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and package medical packs according to approved procedures, work instructions, and batch records
- Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Maintain strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Perform in-process quality checks and report any defects or non-conformities
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure compliance with Cleanroom protocols
- Accurately complete production documentation
- Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately
- You will also assist with general tasks in the Production environment
- Ensure that local Quality Management System requirements, including Good Manufacturing Practice and Good Distribution Practice requirements are adhered to at all times.
Education, Qualifications and Training:

- Good standard of general education

- Formal training in manufacturing, GMP, or quality systems
