Using state of the art machinery, we have the capacity to supply both standard and bespoke timber products for all types of projects. We are currently looking to recruit a General Operative to support our production team.
General Operative
Cranwood Industries, Warrenpoint
Our Timber plant Cranwood Industries is now seeking to recruit a General Operative to assist in the production, processing and handling of timber products whilst maintaining safety, quality and production targets.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the Production Team by Tailing off at Machines/Saws
- Quality Checking Finished Material to ensure they meet specifications
- Ensuring Product Paperwork is accurate
- Preparing Incoming Orders for production team
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Ensure Company Health and Safety policies and procedures are adhered to
- Full Training Will Be Provided
- Flexible to work in all areas as required
Criteria:
- Good General Knowledge of timber materials
- General knowledge of working saws & machines
- Experience of working in a manufacturing or warehousing environment
- Attention to detail
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Good house-keeping experience
