We’re looking for a passionate Sous Chef to join our friendly kitchen team in the heart of Tunbridge Wells. If you enjoy working with fresh food in a fast-paced environment and thrive during busy services, we’d love to hear from you.
Our pub is known for quality food, proper comfort dishes, premium burgers, and traditional seasonal favourites served in a lively atmosphere. You will work closely with the Head Chef, supporting the day-to-day running of the kitchen, maintaining high food standards, and helping develop the team during busy services.

What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef de Partie
- Passion for fresh, quality food
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and organisation
- Team player with a positive attitude
